Guided setup

Go Live With Direct Bookings

Kora guides operators from signup to a bookable page without technical setup. Create your account, add your services or rentals, publish your page, and start accepting paid bookings.

Guided setup for services, rentals, classes, tours, and appointment-based businesses.

What you get when you set up Kora

Listings, availability, payments, and guest communication come together in one operator dashboard — under your brand, not a marketplace's.

Branded booking page

Guests land on your offers with flows tuned to appointments, rentals, classes, or tours — whatever you sell.

Availability & scheduling

Resources, staff, capacity, and blackout dates stay aligned so guests only book real inventory.

Stripe-powered payments

Guests pay online at checkout with supported methods while booking records stay tied to each charge.

Guest communication

Confirmations and updates route through Kora so operators are not stitching together manual threads.

Set up your booking page step by step

01
Sign up and choose your business type

Start by creating your Kora account and selecting the kind of booking business you run. Kora supports appointment services, rentals, experiences, classes, and other businesses that sell time. Your setup starts from the workflow that best fits how guests book with you.

02
Complete the onboarding wizard

The onboarding wizard walks you through the essentials: business details, location, booking model, payment setup, and the rules guests need to follow. You do not need technical skills to move through the setup. Each step focuses on the information needed to publish a real booking page.

03
Create your first listing

Add the service, rental, class, tour, or appointment guests can book. Set the name, description, photos, capacity, duration, pricing, and guest requirements. Kora turns that information into a booking flow guests can understand and complete.

04
Set availability and go live

Define when the listing can be booked, which resources or staff are required, and any blackout dates that should block bookings. Once your listing is ready, publish your booking page. Guests can then book directly with your business instead of through a marketplace.

05
Take bookings and collect payment

Guests choose a time, enter their details, and pay online through Stripe. Kora reserves availability during checkout so you do not sell the same time twice. Confirmation emails and guest updates are handled after the booking is created.

06
Manage the relationship after booking

Use the dashboard to review bookings, adjust schedules, manage guests, and keep your operation organized. Kora keeps customer data with your business, so every booking can lead to a stronger direct relationship. Payments, reminders, and review requests help the booking lifecycle continue after checkout.

Practical answers before you publish

Do I need technical skills?
No — the onboarding wizard walks through business details, listing setup, availability, and Stripe configuration without asking you to manage servers or deploy code.
How long does setup take?
Many operators finish first listings quickly because each step collects only what publishing requires — timelines vary by catalog size and integrations.
When do I connect payments?
During onboarding so guests can pay online when your booking page goes live — Stripe powers checkout, refunds, and connected payouts where configured.
Where do guests go for last-minute changes?
Policies are yours — confirmations outline how guests reach your team or manage bookings within the flows you enable.
