Pricing questions

How does pricing work?

Kora pricing combines a Kora booking fee with Stripe payment processing. The Free plan has an approximate 4% Kora booking fee, Growth is $99 per month with an approximate 3% Kora booking fee, and Scale is $299 per month with an approximate 2% Kora booking fee. Stripe processing is separate and typically around 2.9% plus $0.30.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan has no monthly subscription and is built for prepaid bookings. You can create a branded booking page, accept online payment, manage core availability, and pay Kora's booking fee when bookings happen.

Are there listing or seat limits?

Kora does not use seat pricing or listing limits. Your plan controls fees and access to capabilities like custom domains, SMS, automations, reporting, and multi-location support. This keeps the platform useful as your team and catalog grow.

Can Kora answer calls for my business?

Kora offers AI Voice Agent add-ons for operators who want help with after-hours calls, overflow, lead capture, call summaries, and location-aware routing. These add-ons are billed separately from the main Kora plan and include usage-based minute allowances.

Getting started

Do I need technical skills?

No. Kora includes an onboarding wizard that walks you through business details, listing setup, availability, and payment configuration. You should be able to create a bookable listing without writing code or managing separate tools.

Platform and direct booking

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, custom domain support is available on paid plans. This lets guests book through a branded URL that feels connected to your business instead of a third-party marketplace. It is a good fit for operators who already drive traffic from their own website, social channels, or email list.

How does Kora compare to marketplaces?

Marketplaces can help with discovery, but they often control the customer relationship and charge high per-booking fees. Kora is for operators who bring their own traffic and want bookings under their own brand. You keep the guest relationship, booking page, and operating workflow.

Payments

How do guests pay?

Guests pay online during checkout through Stripe. Kora is optimized for prepaid bookings because payment at booking helps secure revenue and reduce no-shows. Paid plans can support more flexible payment workflows when your business needs them.

What payment methods are supported?

Kora uses Stripe for guest payments. Supported methods can include major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options enabled through Stripe for your account and region. Stripe also handles payment security and tax capabilities where configured.
